Estates Strategy Delivery Manager

We are looking for an Estates Strategy Delivery Manager to work within the law enforcement sector.

Location: Hybrid working - Guildford

About the role: You will be responsible for the delivery of designated projects as set out in the organisations estates strategy and estates development masterplan. As well as in developing appraisals and estates strategies for the organisation to identify suitable sites to maximise utilisation, income generation or capital receipts.

Essential Skills: The ideal candidates will hold Active NPPV3 clearance and have a proven Estates Strategy Delivery Management background, with the following skills/ experience:

• Experience of estates/ construction Programme Management.
• Full current membership of a professional body e.g. Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA).
• Experience of a senior estates strategy, construction and project planning position.
• Extensive financial experience, including demonstrable experience of full accountability for capital/revenue budgets.
• Experience of CIL/S106 implementation, land valuations and development finance.
• Fully conversant with CDM 2015.
