The Role:

As an Academic Recruitment Consultant, you will be a vital part of our operations, ensuring smooth, effective processes and upholding the high standards we are known for. This role demands excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities include:

- Providing administrative support across various business functions.

- Facilitating seamless communication between internal teams and external partners.

- Handling client and student inquiries efficiently, representing our partner universities with professionalism and enthusiasm.

- Managing the administrative processes, including admissions, student finance, and paperwork.

- Maintaining accurate records and following up on tasks to ensure productivity is maintained.

- Collaborating with the marketing team to drive engaging campaigns and initiatives.

- Managing challenging clients with diplomacy and skill, ensuring positive customer service outcomes.

- Processing internally provided leads, ensuring that you are fully supported with leads—no need to source your own.

- Assisting students throughout the enrolment process with care and efficiency.

- Collaborating within a high-performing team, motivating each other to achieve outstanding results.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for a talented, organized, and results-driven individual with the following skills:

- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to a wide range of audiences.

- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.

- A goal-oriented mindset that thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.

- Proven customer service and sales skills, with the ability to handle difficult client interactions and build lasting relationships.

- Fluency in Romanian, Russian, or Ukrainian is a significant advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook) is essential.

- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.

- Flexibility to work weekends.

- A competitive salary ranging between £28k and £32k per year, offering a strong start to your career with us.

- Generous performance-based bonuses, ranging from £15k to £20k per year, without set targets (but based on your performance), giving you the freedom to excel while being rewarded for high achievements.
