Role: Recruitment Consultant – SaaS
Salary: £30-45k base DOE + Uncapped OTE (Earn over £100k in OTE by billing £200k!)
Location: Manchester City Centre (3 days per week)
Reporting to: Head of Business Development

The Role:
We know you're already a skilled 360 recruiter or Business Developer in the SaaS space, but here, you'll take your game to the next level. You'll be the go-to for business development and relationship-building across the US or EMEA, diving deep into the SaaS world. Your focus will be on generating leads and converting them into wins—not just through cold calling, but also by attending top-tier industry events like SaaStr. This is your chance to elevate your expertise and make a bigger impact.
