iO Associates are working in partnership with a prestigious consultancy based in Surrey in search for an Associate Director to sit within their Water division, on a permanent basis.

As an Associate Director in the Water Sector, you'll be key in business development and water engineering for critical UK infrastructure projects, with opportunities to work on iconic projects both locally and internationally. If you're passionate about this industry, we'd love to talk to you - Opportunities are available in our Surrey office.

Your Purpose:

• Lead and direct technical design teams, ensuring adherence to standards and high-quality outcomes.
• Define briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
• Manage time and budgets to meet key project milestones.
• Collaborate with UK and overseas teams for integrated design solutions.
• Set quality assurance standards in design.
• Develop and manage water engineering capabilities within the practice.

What You Can Bring:

• Chartered Civil Engineer.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary design delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge in water and wastewater treatment, hydraulics, storage, supply, and collection systems, with familiarity with current UK standards and practices.

In return for you support, we are offering a salary of up to £75,000 (dependant on experience), plus benefits inclusive of private medical cover, life assurance, hybrid working and much more.
