Senior Analyst - Data Integration

Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled Sr Analyst, Data Integrations with 4 to 7 years of experience in managing and integrating data across multiple platforms in the Ad Tech industry. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in data manipulation, integration processes, and ensuring seamless data flow between various systems. You will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and implementing data integration solutions to optimize performance and support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead data integration initiatives, including extracting, transforming, and loading (ETL) data across various ad tech platforms. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and ensure accurate and efficient data flow. - Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines, ensuring data integrity and consistency. - Identify and resolve data discrepancies, performance issues, and other integration challenges. - Develop data validation processes to monitor data quality and troubleshoot integration errors. - Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations for data handling. - Assist in the development and deployment of APIs for data exchange between systems. - Manage large datasets and optimize database queries for performance improvement. - Work with business intelligence tools to create data visualizations and reports to support decision-making. - Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to ensure successful system integrations. Skills & Qualifications : - 4 to 7 years of experience in data integrations, data engineering, or a similar role in the Ad Tech industry. - Proficient in ETL tools and techniques for data extraction, transformation, and loading. - Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases for querying and managing data. - Experience with APIs for data exchange and integration across systems. - Familiarity with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio. - Knowledge of ad tech platforms (e.g., DSPs, SSPs, ad servers) and the data involved. - Experience with scripting languages like Python or R to automate data workflows. - Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts and cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex data integration issues. - Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications : - Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, or similar. - Familiarity with real-time data processing and streaming technologies. - Strong understanding of data governance and compliance related to advertising data.
