Role : AZURE SME Experience : 8 Years Work Location : Skills : AZURE SME, Azure Cloud, Azure DevOps (CI/CD), Azure Services, Windows server Management Job Description : - Lead server installation, configuration, and optimization efforts. - Expert-level management of Active Directory, including advanced configurations and troubleshooting. - Expert in deploying and managing Hyper-V/VMware VMs. - Expertise in disk administration, including advanced tasks like compact partitions, shares, disk quotas, and DFS. - Lead patch management and virus management initiatives independently. - Expert troubleshooter for OS and Hyper-V-related issues. - Lead the resolution of complex and critical Azure Cloud incidents. - Design and implement scalable and high-performance Azure solutions. - Act as a subject matter expert for Azure services, providing guidance to Level 1 and Level 2 teams. - Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate Azure services into the overall infrastructure. - Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools for efficient operations. - Participate in the planning and execution of Azure migrations and upgrades. - Lead and participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations for major incidents, implementing preventive measures to avoid recurrence. - Implement and maintain monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact users. - Experience with Azure pipeline configuration and maintenance - Contribute to the creation and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for efficient incident resolution. - Good Knowledge in Monitoring & Infra Managememnt of Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts,App Gateway, Load Balancer,Service Bus, Event Hubs,Container App Environment, Redis Cache, Databricks etc. - Certifications in relevant technologies are desired.
