In this Contract-to-Hire position, you will play a critical role in shaping our architectural vision and driving innovation across our projects and initiatives. Business Requirements : - 10 yrs of exp in Progress, Java, SDLC with 5 yrs exp in Architecture and Design in building and distributed scalable software - Strong experience in design distributed software application with complex systems - Strong experience in building distributed software applications using Domain driven design, springboot, Postgres / Oracle DB/ Progress Java, Python, Go. - Experience in Spring Framework is a huge plus - Should have worked in agile devops model. - Should have developed software for security-oriented projects/products - Experience in Apache Kafka, API Gateway, ADFS, OIDC is a plus Key Responsibilities : - Lead the design and implementation of scalable and robust architecture solutions that align with business goals. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices in software development, infrastructure, and system design. - Assess and recommend new technologies to enhance the company's technical capabilities. - Ensure architectural integrity and compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Provide mentorship and guidance to architecture and development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. - Communicate architectural strategies and vision to stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to support the overall business strategy. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master's preferred. - 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. - Strong expertise in cloud computing, microservices, and enterprise architecture. - Proven experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, relevant certifications are a plus.
