Role : Microsoft Dynamics CRM development Budget : 26 to 31 LPA Location : Mumbai/Pune/Ahmedabad/Chennai/Bangalore (Hybrid) Notice Period : Immediate or 20 Days Experience : 6 to 12 yrs Important Skills : - 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and at least 3 years of experience in on-premise CRM and willing to work on On-Premise CRM. Job Description : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Developer with over 6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing, deploying, customizing, and integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions, and should possess a deep understanding of the product's technical architecture and the CRM industry as a whole. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business requirements. - Customize, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM using plugins, workflows, web resources, actions and other relevant technologies. - Develop detailed design and technical specifications for CRM enhancements and integrations. - Integrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems using APIs, custom connectors, and middleware technologies. - Ensure seamless data flow and system integration using best practices and tools. - Customize entities, forms, views, and dashboards to tailor the CRM platform to business needs. - Configure settings, business units, security roles, and permissions to support organizational structure. - Manage the deployment of CRM solutions (Managed and Unmanaged) through various environments (development, testing, production). - Perform CRM Installation and upgrades, patches, and routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and reliability. - Identify, track, and resolve issues and bugs within the CRM platform. - Provide expert-level support and training to users and stakeholders as needed. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, project managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and obtain necessary approvals. - Adhere to and promote industry standards, best practices, and internal coding guidelines. - Stay current with new Microsoft Dynamics CRM features, updates, and emerging technologies. Experience : Minimum of 6 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM development. Technical Skills : - Strong experience with Dynamics CRM API, REST/ODATA, and SOAP endpoints. - Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and SQL. - Hands-on experience with version control systems such as TFS.
