Java Lead - Spring Boot/Hibernate

Job Description : - Should have worked as Engineering lead Location : : Kafka very important - SOA development experience with skills in Spring Boot, JMS, Hibernate, Web Services (SOAP & RESTful) is an added advantage. - Experience with SOA tools/technologies such as OData, Kafka - Designing and developing Restful APIs and microservices that support front-end functionalities - Proficient in building applications using serverless frameworks and containers using Dockers and Kubernetes - Proficient with working on AWS - Experience with CI/CD tools like ADO, Jenkins, etc. - Exposure to Oracle database and experience with writing efficient queries. - Implementing security and data protection measures - Work closely with other stake holders and participate in Sprint ceremonies to ensure the alignment with Agile methodologies SOA Development : - Design and develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) components to ensure smooth integration of applications and services. API and Microservices Development : - Create RESTful APIs and microservices that enhance front-end functionalities. Kafka Integration : - Implement Kafka for efficient event streaming and messaging between services. Containerization and Serverless Frameworks : - Build and deploy applications using Docker and Kubernetes, utilizing serverless frameworks to optimize resource use. AWS Management : - Develop and manage applications on AWS, leveraging cloud services to enhance performance and security. CI/CD Implementation : - Set up and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps (ADO) and Jenkins. Database Management : - Work with Oracle databases, writing efficient SQL queries and optimizing performance. Security Implementation : - Establish security and data protection measures to safeguard sensitive information. Agile Collaboration : - Participate in Agile ceremonies and work closely with stakeholders to align project goals and timelines. Qualifications : Education : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : - Strong experience in SOA development with Spring Boot, JMS, and Hibernate. - Familiarity with OData and Kafka technologies is essential. - Proven ability to design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization. - Solid knowledge of AWS services and cloud architecture. - Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins). - Proficient in Oracle database management and writing SQL queries.
