Title : Cherwell Ivanti senior developer. Location : Remote. Duration : Contract. Job Description : - Requirement gathering and designing solution documents for the new enhancements in Cherwell based on customer requirements. - Development and customization in IM, PM, CM, KM and approvals configurations. - Email integrations to create and update tickets. - AD Integration. - To populate User data. - Importing CSV templates on new forms. - Worked on Ivanti implementation projects. - Loaded foundation data. - Integrated with Azure AD and email integrations. - Notifications and approvals. - Created quick actions, business rules, schedulers, templates. - Worked on Ivanti ISM on prem and on cloud upgrades. - ITAM metadata package upgrade for on cloud instance. - Key role for Golive and Post golive issue fixes. - Worked on Ivanti and Cherwell Service management for new Enhancements in customized environment. - Developed related Specific forms and approvals , Automation Process, Schedulers, Relationships, Onsteps, dashboards and widgets . - For Ivanti projects developed new layouts for Incident and Service Request and created new roles - Configured , Created new picklists, Quick actions, Business rules, quick templates, Modified form tool buttons, designed and modified self service portal. - Worked on Integration projects which includes both bidirectional and Unidirectional use cases. - Creating design documents.
