Position : Sr UX Designer Location : Chennai , India Experience : 5 Years Project Contract : 12 months (Extends) Job Overview : As a Senior UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create innovative solutions that meet user needs and business goals. Key Responsibilities : - User Research : Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis, to gather insights and inform design decisions. - Wireframes and Prototypes : Create high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design specifications using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar. - Graphic and Icon Creation : Design custom graphics and icons to enhance the visual appeal and functionality of digital products. - Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the design vision is executed effectively and aligns with business objectives. - Design Systems : Contribute to the development of design systems, ensuring consistency and scalability across products. - Usability Testing : Plan and conduct usability tests, analyze results, and iterate on designs based on feedback and data. - Time Management : Efficiently manage your time and workload, prioritizing tasks to meet project deadlines without compromising quality. - Stay Current : Keep up with industry trends, tools, and best practices to continually improve design processes and outcomes. Qualifications : Experience : - 5 years of experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful design projects. Education : - Bachelor's degree in design or a related field. - A master's degree is a plus. Skills : - Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar. - Strong understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design methodologies. - Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and consistency. - Experience creating custom graphics and icons. - Experience conducting and analyzing user research and usability tests. - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and propose innovative solutions. - Effective time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously. - Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale.
