Job Description

Job Title : Tech Lead : Hyderabad hybrid Job Summary : As a Tech Lead, you will spearhead the technical direction of various projects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. You will lead and mentor a development team, collaborating with internal cross-functional teams and other Turing talents. Key Responsibilities : 1. Provide technical guidance and oversight to the development team. 2. Ensure the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code. 3. Lead project planning, execution, and delivery. 4. Mentor and guide junior developers. 5. Collaborate with internal teams and Turing talents. 6. Drive technical innovation and : 1. 10 years of experience as a Tech Lead. 2. 4 years of experience with Java/Spring Boot. 3. Proven experience leading development teams. 4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. 5. Ability to mentor and guide junior developers. 6. Great English communication skills (spoken and written). Nice to Have : 1. Experience with Azure. 2. Experience with React. Offer Details : 1. Full-time dedication (40 hours/week). 2. Required 3-hour overlap with CST (Central Standard Time). Interview Process : 1.
