Project Manager

Role : Project Manager Location : Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad Experience : 10 to 11 years NOTE : Only immediate Joiners Job Description : - Should have 10 to 13 yrs of experience with minimum 3 yrs of relevant experience in Project Management. - Should be very strong in Project Management. - Career progression should be that of a Software Engineer, SSE, Tech Lead/Project Lead and then into Project Management (Technology is not a constraint). - PMP or Scrum Master Certification (not just trained). - Should have done two implementations at least (full cycle). - Should have handled a minimum of three projects at any given point of time OR should have handled one larger project (more than $10 million in revenue). - Should have excellent client management skills and communication skills. - Extensive experience creating WBS and breaking down the activities. - Experience in Product Implementation & Risk Mitigation - Ability to liaison with internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery timelines are adhered. - Tight control on RAG (Red Amber Green) status for all line items in delivery. - Experience in Project Management tools. - Preferred to have retail space experience (Domain) - Should have knowledge how to execute projects in product code base wrt scheduling & planning. - Budget maintenance to ensure that the scope is always within the budget - Understanding of the PDLC cycle specific to Product (ref:hirist.tech)
