Graphic Designer - UX/UI Design

Responsibilities : UI/UX Design : - Design user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for web applications, mobile apps, marketing materials, and other digital products, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user journey. - Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to translate user needs and business goals into impactful design solutions. - Develop high-fidelity mockups and prototypes using industry-standard design software (e.g, Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) for user testing and feedback iteration. - Integrate branding guidelines and visual identity elements into all design solutions to maintain brand consistency. Visual Design : - Possess a strong understanding of visual design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition) to create aesthetically pleasing and visually engaging graphics. - Develop user-centered design solutions that prioritize usability, accessibility, and responsiveness across various devices. - Identify and implement design trends relevant to the tech industry for a modern and cutting-edge aesthetic. - Stay up-to-date on the latest design tools and technologies to continually enhance your design workflow. Technical Skills : - Proficient in industry-standard design software (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) with a strong understanding of UI and UX design principles. - Familiarity with basic design animation principles and user interface motion design (a plus). - Working knowledge of design best practices for web and mobile development (accessibility, responsiveness) is highly desirable. Communication & Collaboration : - Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams (UX designers, product managers, engineers). - Ability to clearly articulate design decisions and provide constructive feedback during the design review process.
