SAP IS-U Technical Consultant - Support & Implementation

Overview : As an SAP ISU Technical Consultant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of our SAP ISU system. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions to support business requirements. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement custom ABAP programs and reports specific to SAP IS-U. - Configure SAP IS-U modules, including billing, device management, and customer service, to align with business requirements. - Manage and maintain master data objects such as business partners, installations, and contracts. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP IS-U with other SAP modules (e., SAP CRM, FI-CA) and external systems using SAP PI/PO. - Identify and implement enhancements using user exits, BADIs, and other customization techniques. - Conduct thorough testing of developed solutions and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and processes. - Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP IS-U-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. - Work closely with functional teams to understand business processes and translate requirements into technical solutions. Required Skills : - SAP certification in IS-U or a related area. - Experience with reporting tools such as SAP BW or Crystal Reports. - Understanding of utility industry standards and regulations. - Strong technical skills, including ABAP programming, data modeling, and system configuration. - Ability to identify and resolve technical issues effectively. - Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders (ref:hirist.tech)
