SAP Ariba/S4 MM Consultant

Job Title : SAP Ariba/ S4 MM Consultant Work Location : Bangalore, Karnataka, India (Hybrid) Work Timings : 1 PM to 10 PM Years of Exp : 6 - 10 Years Contract Duration In Months : 1 Year Notice Period : Immediate Job Description: Consultant must have minimum of 6- 8 years of experience in SAP ARIBA and S/4 Procurement with expertise in the below areas. Ariba: - Supplier Life cycle performance-integration to S/4 - SLP supplier request, registration, qualification, modular questionnaire - Sourcing, Guided Sourcing and catalog management - Downstream systems experience (PR to PO.) - Master data replication process from S/4 to Ariba parent and child realms - Should have Working knowledge in SAP Business Network & Ariba CIG (Cloud integration Gateway). - Knowledge on CIG custom mapping - Knowledge on PO and Invoice IDocs - Should be familiar with troubleshooting /monitoring transaction flow between S4 and ARIBA. - Working knowledge of setting up invoice transaction rules in Business network - Working knowledge on various catalog types, subscriptions. Etc - Setting up guided buying policies - Spot buy configuration - Configuration of Requisition workflows in Ariba S/4 Materials Management: - PR to PO auto PO conversion process - Service Entry, MRRL, MRIS process - PR to PO auto PO conversion process - PR, PO flexible workflow - Business Partner, vendor master configuration and maintenance - S/4 Accounts Payable including MIRO, Invoice tolerance, MRBR - Procurement with Services, Third Party, Consignment, Limits - Working knowledge on using APIs to create requisition in Ariba, validation and enrichment with data from S/4. Nice to have skills - Hands on experience in CIG mappings - S/4 intra/inter company stock transfer process - S/4 MRP process - HR Mini master Roles & Responsibilities - Lead production support team on SLP, Guided Buying, Sourcing, Business Network, CIG integrations, S/4 Procure to Pay - Follow IT change management process for changes in Procure to Pay area - Monitor the progress on changes being performed by the support team. - Review the productivity of the incident resolution by the support team in the Procure to Pay area. - Troubleshoot integration issues with Ariba, S/4 and Business Network - Design and implement out of the box solution for the customization requirement - Review the Ariba release to test the new features and updates to Ariba products - Perform/Review ALM test script, requirement, test runs, SolMan documentation - Co-ordinate with SAP for Service Request, SAP Incident management (ref:hirist.tech)
