SQL/Oracle DB Developer

Job Title : SQL Oracle Developer Location : Navi Mumbai Work Schedule : Office-based (5 days a week) Experience : 4 to 7 Years Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days Job Description : We are seeking a skilled SQL Oracle Developer to join our team in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SQL Oracle development, with hands-on experience in various aspects of database management, performance tuning, and application support. Key Responsibilities : Development and Support : - Design, develop, and support SQL Oracle applications, ensuring effective analysis and installation/migration processes. - Work with Zudy development and support, creating and implementing business logic for new applications. Technical Expertise : - Provide technical support and analysis for SQL Oracle development, utilizing 3 years of overall experience in this domain. - Conduct analysis of MS SQL backend packages and procedures, including job scheduling and troubleshooting in case of failures. Performance Tuning : - Utilize extensive experience with analytical functions, windowing functions, PL/SQL functions, procedures, triggers, and packages to optimize performance. - Address performance issues through bulk data uploads, import processes, and query optimization. Automation : - Automate daily production data change jobs and daily production database data extracts to enhance operational efficiency. Troubleshooting : - Understand and troubleshoot complex customer issues in a production environment, ensuring timely resolution. Communication : - Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively present plans and collaborate with team members and stakeholders. REST API and Plugin Experience : - Leverage experience in REST API and webhook technologies, as well as C plugins, to enhance application functionality and integration. Skills Required : - Strong SQL and Oracle database knowledge, including PL/SQL. - Proficient in analytical functions, windowing functions, and performance tuning. - Experience with Zudy development and support. - Solid understanding of application support and troubleshooting. - Familiarity with REST API and webhook technologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Effective communication and presentation abilities. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4 to 7 years of experience as an SQL Oracle Developer or similar role. - Proven track record in SQL Oracle development and support.
