Role : EUC Experience : 8 Years Location : Hyderabad Notice period : Immediate joiners Key Skills ( Mandatory) : - AD - GPO - Application Debugging - Application Configuration(COTS) - Windows Administration - Azure Remote Apps / Desktops - Network Fundamentals - Intune / App Packaging - PKI - Azure - PowerShell Scripting - W365 - Troubleshooting Skills - Communication Job Description (detailed) : - Oversee Intune, Azure AD & Group Policy, VDI, Remote Apps, Packaging, and public key infrastructure. - Lead and mentor a team of EUC specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and technical expertise. - Foster a collaborative and customer-focused team culture that promotes innovation and continuous improvement. - Oversee the management and maintenance of desktops, laptops, and other end-user devices across the organization. - Develop and enforce standards for hardware, operating systems, software applications, and configurations. - Manage relationships with EUC technology vendors, service providers, and contractors. - Proven track record of successfully leading EUC initiatives, driving innovation, and delivering results that meet business objectives. - Advanced printer/peripheral device setup & troubleshooting. - Provide escalated technical support to users of desktops and laptops, printers, Google Suite, and Bomgar. - Configure & troubleshoot Operating Systems and Office Applications. - Perform direct hands-on problem resolution and escalation management for end-user troubles, application service interruptions, and issues. - Extensive diagnostic information gathering, troubleshooting, problem analysis, and resolution. - Mobile Device Management, MFA Configuration in End-user Systems. - Microsoft O365, One Drive, SharePoint, Digital Certificates configuration on end-user systems. - Installing and Configuring VPNs on end-user systems. - Troubleshooting basic network-related issues and WIFI issues. - Diagnose and quickly resolve a wide range of Windows applications and networking problems to help minimize downtime. - Troubleshooting network connectivity in a LAN/WAN environment - Requesting and coordinating vendor support. - Install, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot Windows 11 and Microsoft Office versions and other authorized desktop applications. - Resolved system-related problems, software installations, antivirus updates, and other tasks as required.
