SAP Sales & Distribution Consultant - Implementation & Integration

Job Summary : - SAP SD Consultant who will be responsible for implementing SAP SD module in a global environment in SAP Hana environment - 5-10 Yrs Hands on Experience in SAP implementation projects as SAP SD Consultant - Must have worked on end to end implementation project for a Global Customer Key Responsibilities : - Should be able to convert the business requirement in to a Functional Specification douments - Convert and explain key business requirement to technical specification document for development - Configure SAP System with SD module as per the requirements specified - Convert and create impact analysis document - Understand integration requirement with other SAP modules and Non SAP systems - Analyze, Research, Troubleshoot and help resolve defects arising out of process - Able to do regression testing and System integration testing Technology Skills : - Should have deep knowledge of SAP SD Module and business domain knowledge - Experience in other SAP Modules OR integration knowledge is essential - SAP Certification in SAP Hana in SAP SD is preferred Essential qualifications : - 5-10 Yrs. Experience in SAP implementation projects in SD - Good communication, verbal and written skills Essential : - S/4HANA Certified and implementation experience for complex global organizations from design to completion. - Required business outcomes within the relevant capability area - Significant experience and subject matter expertise in Order & Distribution to Cash (O&DTC) processes and wider knowledge in credit management, billing, pricing/rebate/discount, contract management, master data management, and the new functionalities of S4 - Demonstrate high degree of knowledge in SAP S/4HANA configuration requirements. - Possess very strong knowledge across other SAP modules on all integration aspects and interfaces between internal and external systems and partners. - Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve Objectives. - Demonstrated ability to lead in a diverse, global team, within and across functions. - Experience with global working and across cultures. - Strong Knowledge about the SAP technologies and functionalities - Good stakeholder management and communication skills with Business and IT areas - Strong skills in understanding business operations, communications, customer and partner engagement, and internal stakeholder management - Comfortable with ambiguity and possessing an agile and open mindset. - Self-motivated with the ability to prioritise effectively to ensure project goals are achieved. - Demonstrate personal credibility and positive energy to manage large work efforts and meet challenging deadlines. - Innovative capabilities, agile mindset requiring strategic thinking and foresight. - Knowledge of the SAP application roadmap as it is relevant to your line of business and the ability to translate that roadmap into the AstraZeneca's strategic view. - Good presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross functional audiences. - Knowledge of standard project tools like JIRA, Smart sheets and Solman (ref:hirist.tech)
