Digital Practice Head - eCommerce/MarTech Domain

Job Description : - Looking for 15-20 years experience digital enthusiast for practice head/lead role in Noida to manage digital experience, e-commerce and customer experience platforms. - Hand on solution architecture experience working with product platforms like SAP Hybris, Commerce Tools, HCL Commerce, Adobe magento, - Hands-on experience with Commerce subsystems - Catalog, Order, Payment, Member Registration, Pricing, Contract, Trading Subsystem - Solid working experience and understanding B2B/B2C/D2C domains and ecommerce ecosystem - Experience in digital experience or customer experience technology areas or MARTECH area prominently in Adobe, Sitecore experience platform, Optimizely, Drupal etc. - Must be hands on web CMS, DAM, web technologies including building website, web portals using angular, react, next js technologies. - Knowledge in the areas of CDP, campaign management, commerce platforms, integration methods will be preferred. - Experience working in pre sales or solution capacity to build proposal solutions and responses end to end against RFPs and RFIs - Rich experience in agile and distributed agile ways or working with product aligned operating model and exposure to feature teams ways of working. - Design and implement eCommerce application development projects - Should have exposure in setting up atleast 2 to 3 medium complex Commerce applications implementations - Well spoken and command on articulation to handle customer facing conversations. - Experience working as solution architect for RFPs, proposals and customer presentations. - Should have experience of delivering large projects in MARTECH space with team of at least 20 people.
