Softpath Technologies - Azure DevOps Engineer/Lead - CI/CD Tools

Position : Azure DevOps Engineer/Lead Location : Remote (India) Experience : 8 to 12 Years Project Contract : 12 months (Extends) Working Shift : 10:00 pm- 6:30 am IST from Monday to Thursday & 12:00 am - 8:30 am IST on Fridays Mandate Skills : Azure, Devops Roles & Responsibilities : - Must have strong Azure DevOps experience - Azure Admin-Expert - 8-12 years' experience in a similar position - Completed Microsoft Azure courses - Coding and code reading skills - Ability to analyze and adapt code - Ability to implement a build strategy - Deep knowledge of DevOps and its tools - Experience with continuous integration - Deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, from common features to data security solutions - The ability to transfer and deploy the necessary components of the product - Ability to work with scenarios, cloud architectures, and concept Roles and Responsibilities : - Development of the full life cycle of software or applications with automation tools - Search for the most optimal technologies and tools for creating an application or software - Analysis of available technological solutions - Creating a prototype of a future product for evaluation - Testing at different levels - Search and elimination of errors - Incorporating the best DevOps capabilities into development - Integration of solutions for continuous deployment - Work on the creation of scalable CI/CD pipelines - Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Highly organized and responsible. - Capable of working under pressure. Skills : - Ability to work on multiple tasks at once - High communicative properties - Stress tolerance - Communication skills for both colleagues and clients - Desire to develop - Understand client's infrastructure and various applications running on the servers. - Write, Review, and Approve Automation and Infrastructure code. - Work with Project teams to build automation pipelines for application environment deployments - Brainstorm for new ideas and ways to improve development delivery. - Able to present and communicate the architecture in a visual form. - Evaluate potential single-points of failure within the Cloud infrastructure; - Recommend risk mitigation next steps to build out a high availability solution. - Apply experience, technical knowledge and innovative techniques to resolve complex Operations challenges. Basic Qualifications : - 7 Years of Strong experience in Apache/Tomcat, Linux and open source technology stacks - Work with team to design, build and support a robust internal PAAS (platform as a service) capability - Hands on with AWS cloud and its various services like VPC, EC2, RDS, Security Groups, IAM, ECS, Code Deploy, Cloud Front, S3, Lambda, IOT, Cloud Formation etc. - For cloud environments, establishing new DevOps practices. Managing production infrastructure with Terraform, Cloud Formation, etc. - Good understanding of CI/CD tools, practices, process & applications like Ansible, Salt, Git, Jenkins, etc. - Provision of critical system security by leveraging best practices and prolific cloud security solutions. - Effectively communicate issues, risks and dependencies with project stakeholders, escalating where appropriate. - Providing recommendations for architecture and process improvements. Preferred Qualifications : - Knowledge of GCP and Azure cloud would be a plus. - AWS Solution Architect / DevOps Engineer certification will be preferred - Create infrastructure architectural design for IT Cloud deployments - A desire to engage in continuous learning to ensure knowledge of latest DevOps Technologies and AWS product update (ref:hirist.tech)
