We are looking for a skilled Lead Frontend Developer to manage the end-to-end development of our frontend solutions and lead a team of frontend engineers. Role Overview : As the Lead Frontend Developer, you will manage and guide frontend development across multiple projects. Your primary focus will be on MEAN/MERN stack projects, while also overseeing other frontend tech as required. You will collaborate with backend teams, project managers, designers, and clients to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Lead frontend development in MEAN/MERN stack environments. - Manage and mentor a team of frontend developers, ensuring code quality and best practices. - Oversee the full development lifecycle: requirements, architecture, development, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend components. - Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness across all devices. - Conduct code reviews and implement continuous integration practices. - Stay updated on the latest frontend technologies and trends to guide team development. - Engage with clients to provide technical consultations and deliver tailored solutions. Qualification : Experience : - 4 years in frontend development, with proven leadership experience. Technical Skills : - Expertise in MEAN and/or MERN stacks. - Proficient in JavaScript (ES6), HTML5, CSS3, and frameworks like React and Angular. - Familiarity with other frontend frameworks like Vue.js or Svelte is a plus. - Experience with build tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel) and version control (e.g., Git). - Knowledge of frontend architecture patterns and RESTful APIs. - Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
