Job Summary & Responsibilities : Role : Salesforce Delivery Manager Experience : 15 years Location : Skills : Salesforce Delivery Manager, Support, Jira, Salesforce CPQ, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Service , PMO. Agile/Scrum concepts - Looking for good experience as SDM in managing various applications, incident management and change management areas. - Communication and presentation skills as to be good. - Handling P1 incidents/escalations as to be good, Risk Management. Job Description : Required Skills : - Manage and deliver Salesforce-SalesCloud, CPQ projects as Technical manager with Focus on Support/RTB (Run the Business) Process. - Act as a technical manager for custom developments/Enhancements in order to deliver business excellence - Provide the Service delivery status (of Tickets closed, in progress, RCAs, KPIs) - Responsible for delivering as per the service contracts, SOW's, meeting/exceeding service levels- SLAs - Develop and maintain a service culture (ITSM) and identify / implement KPIs and metrics to measure and improve service performance. - Coordinate the team on respective projects; Monitor and control project costs. - Ensure governance compliance Ownership of managing budget - Consistently overview standards and quality of deliverables by implementing changes where necessary. - Provide ongoing communication/feedback to team members, in regards of engagement/project status etc. - Ensure compliance with all official internal processes/governance - Need to ensure that the PM has hands on experience in managing Scrum - Hands on with Jira tool as part of planning activity (ref:hirist.tech)
