Job Summary & Responsibilities : Key Responsibilities : - Application Development : Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable mobile applications using React Native, ensuring high performance and responsiveness across both iOS and Android platforms. - Architecture & Design : Lead the architectural design and implementation of mobile solutions, ensuring alignment with best practices and industry standards. - Code Quality : Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to coding standards and best practices in React Native development. - API Integration : Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services into mobile applications, ensuring seamless data exchange and functionality. - Testing & Debugging : Implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing. Debug and resolve complex issues to ensure smooth functionality. - Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and backend developers, to deliver high-quality products on time. - Mentorship : Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conducting code reviews and promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. - Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development, proactively seeking opportunities to improve development processes and application performance. Technical Experience : - React Native : 6 years of experience in mobile development, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing applications using React Native. - Mobile Development : Strong background in native mobile development for both iOS and Android platforms, with a deep understanding of platform-specific guidelines and best practices. - JavaScript & TypeScript : Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript, with a strong understanding of modern JavaScript libraries and frameworks. - State Management : Expertise in state management libraries such as Redux or MobX, ensuring efficient and scalable state management in applications. - API Integration : Extensive experience in integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services into mobile applications. - UI/UX : Strong sense of design and user experience, with the ability to implement pixel-perfect UIs and smooth animations. - Version Control : Proficiency in Git for source control, with experience in collaborative development environments. - CI/CD : Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications, ensuring fast and reliable releases. - Performance Optimization : Proven experience in optimizing mobile applications for performance, including memory management, network usage, and app startup time. - Testing : Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Detox, or Appium for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
