Stratacent - ServiceNow Administrator - ITSM/HRSD Modules

Job Description : Business Title : ServiceNow Admin Job Location : Pune Experience : 3 Years Employment Type : Full Time Shift Timings : UK Timings The role is responsible for configuring, maintaining, and supporting our ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in ServiceNow administration, with the ability to design and implement ServiceNow solutions to support our business processes. - Develop and maintain ServiceNow modules, workflows, scripts, and interfaces to meet business needs. - Perform day to day administration of the ServiceNow system, including making approved changes to process and workflows in ITSM, HRSD modules. - Monitor and troubleshoot platform issues and escalate to ServiceNow technical support as necessary. - Activate plugins, work with UI & data policies, business rules, access control levels, alerts & notifications, import & update sets. - Conduct platform upgrades and patch management with a focus on security and compliance. - Participate in ServiceNow platform testing, including planning, execution, and documentation of test results. - Create ServiceNow reports, dashboards & homepages. - Utilize Performance Analytics to collect historical data. - Collaborate with business analysts and developers to ensure the platform meets their requirements. - Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ServiceNow features and functionality. - Certified ServiceNow Administrator - ITIL v3 or v4 foundational knowledge Qualifications : - A relevant degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - At least 5 years of experience with the ServiceNow tool. - Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Familiarity with ITIL processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of relational databases and cloud computing concepts. - Certifications : ITIL, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, or other relevant About Stratacent : Stratacent is an IT Managed Services firm, headquartered in Jersey City, NJ, with two global delivery centers in New York City area and New Delhi area plus offices in London, Canada and Pune, India.
