SAP Consultant - IBP/SCM Modules

Job Description : We are looking for a seasoned Senior SAP IBP Demand Planning Consultant with 7 years of experience to lead and execute SAP IBP implementations and enhancements for demand planning processes. This role is critical in driving our organization's supply chain efficiency through advanced forecasting and planning solutions. Responsibilities : - Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP IBP Demand Planning module, from requirement gathering to post-implementation support. - Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand demand forecasting needs and translate them into technical solutions within SAP IBP. - Design and configure SAP IBP functionalities to optimize demand planning processes and enhance forecast accuracy. - Develop and implement statistical models, leveraging historical data and trends to improve forecast reliability and inventory management. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and end users on SAP IBP best practices and functionality. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including supply chain, finance, and IT to ensure seamless integration of demand planning processes. - Conduct regular system assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to maximize SAP IBP's capabilities. - Stay current with SAP IBP latest features and releases, assess their impact, and recommend adoption strategies. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred). - 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP IBP Demand Planning module implementation and support. - Strong proficiency in statistical forecasting techniques and demand planning methodologies. - Expertise in configuring SAP IBP Demand Planning functionalities and integrating with other SAP modules. - Proven ability to lead project teams, manage stakeholders, and deliver solutions on time and within budget. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions. - SAP IBP certification is highly desired.
