Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM(Project portfolio management) Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the implementation, management, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) modules. This role requires strong project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery and effective portfolio management. Key Responsibilities : - Oracle Fusion PPM Implementation and Management - Lead the implementation and configuration of Oracle Fusion PPM modules, including Project Financial Management, Project Contract Billing, and Project Execution Management. - Person should have good knowledge on Project Cost, Budgets and Forecast, Project plan, Project Billing Invoice and Revenue. - Ensure seamless integration of Oracle Fusion PPM with other enterprise systems. - Experience in complete AP and AR flow with PPM. - Monitor and report on the status of projects within the portfolio, providing insights and recommendations for improvements. - Provide technical expertise and support for Oracle Fusion PPM users, resolving issues and troubleshooting system problems. - Conduct training sessions and create documentation to ensure effective use of Oracle Fusion PPM modules. - Stay updated on Oracle Fusion PPM best practices and new features, implementing improvements as needed. - Work closely with project managers, finance, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure effective project execution and portfolio management. - Communicate project portfolio status, issues, and risks to senior management. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present solutions, and provide status updates. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration,CA, or related field. - Minimum of 5 Years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and 3-5 years of experience in project portfolio management module. - Involved in at least 3 PPM implementation out of which at least 1 in a Lead role. - Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies. - Proficiency in Oracle Fusion PPM modules and related tools. - Experience with system implementation, configuration, and integration.
