Microsoft Practice Delivery Manager - Agile Methodologies

Role : Practice Delivery Manager Work Location : Hyderabad Job Description : Technical Skills : .NET, SharePoint, Power Platform, Practice Delivery, Project Delivery, Agile, Azure DevOps. Job Summary & Responsibilities : - 15 years of experience in IT Services industry, using MS Tech like .NET, SharePoint, O365, Power Platform, Dynamics 365, Azure. - 7 years of experience as Project/ Delivery Manager. - Experience in executing projects using Agile and traditional methodologies - Manage client relationships and negotiate changes to commitments/ requirements. - Handle client escalations and create/ enforce processes to avoid any future escalations. - Complete ownership and effective delivery of all customer and internal projects as per project plans, where Microsoft Practice resources are placed. - Collaborate with Account Managers, PMO and Senior Leadership to oversee end-to-end project delivery (sales-to-delivery handover, resource planning, project deliverables as per agreed quality, training needs, escalations, timesheets, etc.). - Responsible for strategic initiatives to build competency and prepare Practice associates for upcoming project requirements. - Own and drive various operations related to Microsoft Practice. - Collaborate with Practice Head and support in preparing proposals, drafting RFPs, efforts and estimations. - Responsible for creating competency plans to up-skill/ cross-skill Practice associates, drive certifications/ POCs with the help of RMs and other Practice Leads. - Responsible for resource management and hiring. - Prepare internal weekly/ monthly status reports with inputs from other Leads.
