Peoplesoft Administrator

Role : Peoplesoft Administration. Experience : 8 Yrs. Notice Period : Immediate. Location : Hyderabad. Shift Timings : Rotational Shift. Role Description : This is a remote contract role for a Peoplesoft Administrator. As a Peoplesoft Administrator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks related to production support, troubleshooting, and database administration. You will work with technologies such as PeopleSoft and Tuxedo to ensure the smooth operation of the system. Qualifications : - Production Support and Troubleshooting skills. - Experience with PeopleSoft and Tuxedo. - Database Administration skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. - Experience in a similar role is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Key Responsibilities : - Provide production support and troubleshooting for Peoplesoft applications and Tuxedo. - Manage and maintain Peoplesoft databases. - Perform system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities. - Monitor system performance and identify bottlenecks. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions. - Stay updated on the latest Peoplesoft technologies and best practices. Required Skills and Experience : - 8 to 10 years of experience as a Peoplesoft Administrator. - In-depth knowledge of Peoplesoft and Tuxedo. - Strong database administration skills. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to work independently and remotely. Experience in a similar role is a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
