A leading software company specialising in the analysis and visualization of complex data sets. Our innovative solutions empower organisations across industries such as cybersecurity, financial services, law enforcement, and telecommunications to uncover hidden insights, detect patterns, and make data-driven decisions. With a fast-growing customer base across the globe, we’re seeking a motivated EMEA Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence in the EMEA region.

Role Overview

As the EMEA Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to drive new business and grow existing accounts across the region. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities, nurturing relationships with enterprise clients, and ensuring the successful promotion of our software solutions. This role requires a results-driven individual with a proven track record in software sales, ideally within the data analytics or visualisation space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the EMEA region to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, including potential enterprise clients, partners, and industries.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, product demonstrations, and contract negotiation to closing deals.
  • Account Management & Expansion:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organisations.
  • Grow existing accounts by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide clients with tailored solutions based on their unique data analysis and visualization needs.
  • Market & Industry Knowledge:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of our software products, the competitive landscape, and market trends within the data analysis and visualization sector.
  • Attend industry events and represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our solutions.
  • Collaboration & Reporting:
  • Work closely with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align sales efforts with overall company objectives.
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to the VP of Sales and executive leadership team.
  • Collaborate with the product team to communicate customer feedback and help shape future product development.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of sales experience in B2B software, with a focus on data analytics, business intelligence, or data visualization products.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a complex, consultative sales environment.
  • Experience selling into multiple verticals including cybersecurity, financial services, telecommunications, law enforcement, and public sector.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of the complexities involved in visualizing and analyzing large datasets.
  • Ability to speak either German, French or Italian
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions in a clear and compelling way.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with experience managing large and complex enterprise deals.
  • Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
  • Attributes:

  • Ability to work autonomously while staying aligned with broader company goals.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required (up to 50%).
