Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Victoria, Westminster City
£48,000 - £50,000
This is a great opportunity for a Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work with one of the market leaders in building services maintenance, this offers the successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a growing maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works and emergency response on site, being part of the engineering team. Working a 4 on 4 off day shift pattern the maintenance engineer should be Electrically biased, holding City and Guild / NVQ qualifications and have at least 3 years experience in the maintenance sector.

Main duties:
To identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks as necessary.
M&E Planned and Reactive maintenance - EML and Fire Alarm tests,
Servicing of AHUs and FCU.
minor Plumbing and Fabric maintenance, lighting & lamping repairs etc.
Execute routine servicing, repair, and adjustment of machinery or equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans designated by the Engineering Supervisor/ BSM's.
Employ a flexible approach to encompass additional skills or trades, prioritising cost-effective completion of all assigned tasks.
Ensure optimal plant and equipment efficiency by meticulously adhering to prescribed requirements and instructions for each task. Requirements:
Fully qualified in Electrical Installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
Fulfil any reasonable duties as assigned by the Building Services Manager or Engineering Supervisor.
Full time apprenticeship - Desirable
Prior experience working within a commercial building doing M&E building maintenance.
18th edition is highly desirable Salary and Benefits
£48,000 - £50,000 per annum
4 days on 4 days off, days shift only
20 days holiday
