Job Description
At Best In Class, we are working with a Bradford Primary School in BD8 who are on the look out for an Early Years Learning Support Assistant to cover a Maternity Cover.
This role is full-time, and to start as soon as possible.
Fixed contract until July 2025.

As part of the role, you will be expected to:
* Support children to be the best they can be
* Be approachable, friendly and dedicated to improving learning
* Provide 1:1 support for children who have additional needs or have an EHCP
* Provide emotional, social and pastoral support
* Collaborate with colleagues and members of the SEND Team
* Attend staff meetings where required
* Follow all safeguarding and child protection procedure in line with school policy
To be successful, you will also need:
* Relevant qualifications related to the role, Ideally Level 2 or above
* Up to date enhanced DBS
* Experience within Education or in a similar role
* Sufficient references to cover 2 years
