Executive Assistant – Asset Management
£50,000 - £53,000
12 month FTC – November start
I have an exciting opportunity for an Team Executive Assistant to take on a 12 month maternity contract working for a City based asset management firm. In this role, the EA will be supporting across all levels within Equities and Fixed Income. It’s a very busy, fast paced role, so previous experience working in a similar position as an Team EA, specifically within asset management, is essential.
Hours 9am – 5pm with hybrid working available, 4:1
What you’ll do:
Extensive diary management for team members
Scheduling both internal and external meetings
Coordinating client visits
Draft communications
Process expenses
Work closely with the admin team providing coverage as needed
Coordinating multi-trip international travel – including preparation of itineraries and Visas
Prepare meeting notes and committee papers
Support with special projects as required
What you’ll need:
Previous experience working within Asset Management is essential
Excellent communicator with strong verbal and written skills
A strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
Collaborative and team player
A strong ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks
