Are you someone who thrives in the Insurance Industry? We’re on the hunt for a talented Insurance Account Executive Team who uses their knowledge and experience of the Insurance Industry to build strong, trusted, and profitable client and customer relationships.

One of the UK’s leading Insurance brokers are looking for an Account Executive Team Leader to join their team. They are a well-renowned national organisation who work with an impressive roster of household name clients.

The Role:


  • This role will be made for you if you love fostering relationships and helping clients find the right Insurance products to fit their needs.
  • As an Account Executive you will be excellent at tailoring your approach, working with clients face to face, on the phone or via video calls.
  • You will support clients all year round and then there are those all-important networking and prospecting activities that will help you to build and develop your portfolio as you go.
  • As an Account Executive, it isn’t only about the “upsell” or the “cross sell”. Unlike similar roles focussed on growth, you are in a unique position to offer clients solutions.

  • Most important is your ability to bring your best self to work every day to give clients the best possible experience
  • You will be proactive, use your initiative and show your entrepreneurial spirit to identify opportunities to grow the business
  • Be driven to learn and be curious, especially about the Insurance Industry
