Are you a Setting out Engineer looking for a move?
Our client:
James Gray Recruitment as working with a leading construction and civil engineering contractor who are looking to add a Setting out Engineer to their team based in Argyll and Bute.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Setting Out Site Engineer, your primary duties will include:
* Setting out and surveying for civil engineering and construction works on site.
* Working closely with the project team to ensure all technical aspects of the project are understood and executed according to design specifications.
* Ensuring quality control and health & safety standards are adhered to throughout the project.
* Liaising with subcontractors and providing technical support when needed.
* Maintaining accurate site records, including drawings, measurements, and reports.
* Assisting in planning and managing daily activities on-site to meet project deadlines.
What you’ll need to be successful:
* Proven experience in setting out for construction or civil engineering projects.
* Knowledge of site health and safety regulations.
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Degree or relevant qualification in civil engineering or equivalent
