Mechanical Site Manager
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Mechanical contractor.
Due to growth, they are now looking for a Mechanical Site Manager to join their team.
You will be working within the North-West and North-East region, with some staying away required. Travel will be paid for.
Duties of the Mechanical Site Manager role:
* Reporting into a Senior PM/ Contracts Manager.
* Attendance of meetings on-site.
* Manage and oversee projects until completion, ensuring the work is completed on time.
* Dealt with sub – contractors.
* Responsible for QA works for the Mechanical packages.
* Produce RAMS & Progress reports to report to the sub - contractor/client.
Requirements:
* SMSTS
* Working for an M&E subcontractor is preferred.
* Previous experience as a Mechanical Site manager.
* Asbestos Awareness
* Enhanced DBS
* First Aid Qualifications
* Previous experience working on school projects.
