The Role

• As a Recruitment Director with expertise in Technology, AI, Data, and/or Software, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of recruitment in these cutting-edge fields.
• Your industry knowledge and leadership skills will be instrumental in driving growth and success for you and the organisation.
• The role will be hands-on in a 360 capacity where you'll be developing new business and enhancing existing client relationships.
• The next two years are extremely exciting as they will be doubling their headcount, solely focusing on hiring experienced, top-performing recruiters and building high-performing teams underneath.

About You

• With a strong knowledge of Technology, focussing on permanent appointments, you will have a passion and desire to offer the highest level of service to high-end, c-suite candidates and clients.
• You will bring over 5+ years in an agency role within technology, and without question, you are a leader, a biller, a natural influencer, you bring personality, and tenacity, and hold yourself and others to the highest of standards.

The Process

The process will be a call with the Recruiter, and a 2-round process with the hiring manager, both video and face to face before an offer is presented.
