Job Description
NEC Supervisor
Monitor Works: Ensure all construction activities comply with the Works Information.
Witness Testing: Oversee and witness any testing required by the contract.
Defect Management: Identify, manage, and report any defects during the construction process.
Regular Site Presence: Maintain a regular presence on-site to provide independent scrutiny of the works.
Issue Communications: Send necessary communications as per the contract requirements.
Attend Meetings: Participate in progress meetings to discuss the status and any issues.

Contract Management: Oversee the contract administration and ensure compliance with the NEC contract terms.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, including maintaining the Risk Register.
Programme Management: Ensure the project is on schedule and manage any changes to the programme.
Cost Control: Monitor and control project costs to stay within the budget.
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality of work meets the specified standards.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain effective communication with all stakeholders, including the client and contractor
