Meraki Talent’s leading Financial Services client are looking for multiple Legal Contracts Officers to join their team in Edinburgh. There are multiple roles available as part of building out the team as the result of new business acquisition. Roles are available from NQ up to Manager level.

Responsibilities of the Legal Contracts Officer (roles available from NQ to Manager level):

-Drafting and negotiating contracts and commercial agreements between the business and their clients

- Understanding the legal and regulatory framework in which the business and its clients operate to draft contractual arrangements underpinning client relationships

-Engaging with key business stakeholders using problem solving skills to ensure that contracts are serviceable operationally and are within regulatory guidelines

Background of the Legal Contracts Officer (roles available from NQ to Manager level):

-Experience working in either a legal practice or in house legal role

-Financial Services experience would be preferable but the business would welcome applications from candidates from other industries if they had strong experience drafting and negotiating legal contracts

-Strong experience drafting contracts
