CO-Creation Facilitator

Our client, a large global pharmaceutical organization is looking for a Co-Creation Facilitator to join their team in a freelance capacity. In this role, you will be a leading part of 2 sprints, comprised of various tasks for a period of 7 weeks. This role has potential to extend into 2025. As Co-Creation Facilitator , you must be able to design and run co-creation sessions in person, or remotely using Mural. We are looking for a Co-Creation Facilitator who: - has extensive experience working in an Agile Methodology - has deep knowledge and experience with workshop facilitation as well as service / process design - exposure to the Pharma and/or healthcare space - has experience working autonomously and in a fast-paced environment. Common tasks of a Co-Creation Facilitator: - Facilitating a design thinking workshop each week - Designing workshop agendas, templates and readouts - Working with Co-Creation Project Managers on workshop schedules and logistics - Summarizing notes from design thinking sessions and distilling insights - Illustrating ideas during workshops (trained on the job)
