Job Title: Growth & Business Development Lead Salary: 90-130 000$, Variable Commission: 40-80 000$ Stock Option Package: 0.1% - 0.5% Employment Type: Full-Time, Hybrid (3 days in-office) Region: Montreal, QC (Downtown Office) Auxo Recruitment is seeking a Growth & Business Development Lead for an innovative AI-driven company in the sales technology space. This exciting opportunity allows you to work closely with the CEO and drive the go-to-market strategy in a fun, dynamic, and collaborative startup environment. Position Overview: The Growth & Business Development Lead will be crucial in developing and executing strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and scaling operations. The ideal candidate is a natural hustler with experience in B2B SaaS, early-stage startups, and business development. You’ll take the lead on go-to-market initiatives and help scale user acquisition, working directly with a high-energy team focused on balancing hard work with a fun, ego-free culture. Key Responsibilities: Lead user acquisition initiatives across various channels and strategies to scale the business. Build and oversee customer success, ensuring user retention and satisfaction. Develop partnerships with thought leaders and industry organizations. Experiment with and execute growth initiatives across content, events, community, and outbound. Collaborate with leadership to define and implement strategies that align with company goals. Participate in market analysis and user research to inform product and growth decisions. Qualifications: 5 years of experience in growth, business development, or marketing within B2B SaaS. Proven experience in pre-seed or seed-stage startup environments (less than 15 employees). Strong entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of driving value creation and impact. Bias towards action; you get things done and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in customer success, partnerships, and relationship management. Familiarity with marketing and sales tech is a plus, as well as a passion for AI and emerging technologies. A self-starter who can work independently and loves taking initiative. Key Objectives: You’ll be responsible for scaling user acquisition and nurturing growth.
