Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with expertise in Salesforce solutions to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and managing a robust sales pipeline focused on driving revenue, adoption, and market penetration for Concentrix XP Contact Center within the U.S. market. You will have a proven track record of selling Salesforce and other complex technology solutions to enterprise clients, collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure long-term success. Key Responsibilities: Drive revenue and market share for Concentrix XP Contact Center with a focus on Salesforce solutions. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, identifying new opportunities for growth and expansion. Collaborate with Sales Representatives, Solutions Architects, Sales Engineers, and Partners to drive adoption and engagement at the CxO/VP level. Lead contract negotiations, working closely with internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. Foster long-term strategic relationships with key accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Drive the growth of Amazon Connect and Salesforce partnerships within the Contact Center as a Service (CCaaS) space. Maintain in-depth knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position solutions. Moderate travel may be required to engage with clients and partners. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of technology sales experience with a focus on Salesforce solutions, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, or CCaaS, including direct field experience selling to Fortune 5000 companies. Proven experience closing complex, transformational software deals, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS, or a related field is preferred. Strong executive engagement skills, with the ability to interact and build relationships with CxO and VP-level stakeholders. Excellent presentation and communication skills, with a consultative selling approach. Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and negotiation skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. A self-starter with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently. Preferred but not required: experience with Amazon Connect and CCaaS solutions.
