Full Stack Engineer

About the Company and Role: Our client, a dynamic SaaS company, is on a mission to design cutting-edge APIs that help businesses automate and scale processes that are typically manual and time-consuming. They are seeking a talented and passionate Full Stack Engineer to join their team and help craft impactful solutions that enhance the user experience. In this role, you’ll be the crucial link between customers and the engineering team, working to solve real-world challenges while driving the company's growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain services using Node.js , TypeScript , MongoDB , and React. Improve and scale REST APIs handling over a billion monthly requests. Collaborate with fellow engineers to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions. Build internal tools to streamline processes like onboarding, billing, and logistics. Contribute to product design and optimize customer UX flows. Engage with customers to troubleshoot, debug, and resolve their technical issues. Participate in agile planning and sprint cycles. Work with product management to prioritize features and assess their complexity. What We’re Looking For: You’ll be a great fit for this role if you: Have 2 years of full-stack engineering or development experience, ideally in a tech or startup environment. Are proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript , with experience in Node.js , TypeScript , and React. Possess in-depth knowledge of REST API design and development. Have experience creating and managing REST API documentation. Are an excellent communicator, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders. Have a curious mindset, always eager to explore new technologies, best practices, and industry trends. Thrive in a dynamic environment, embracing challenges, changes, and uncertainty.
