This established firm does residential restoration and renovation projects. They are currently in need of an Estimator to estimate and coordinate residential projects in North York. In this role you will be required to Estimate and Coordinate Construction Projects Prepare/review tender documents Prepare trade lists and invitations to bid Prepare full construction estimates Prepare, monitor and update construction budgets Review and analyze submitted tenders Prepare contract documents Review trade contractor change orders Prepare trade contract final accounts Track Construction Project from start to finish Skill Requirements: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Project or equivalent Able to use Quick bid On Center and Jonas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem solving skills Ability to managing own workload Committed team player with experience working with a team What you'll get in return You will get the chance to work in a great environment and on challenging projects.
