Data Consultant - Architecture/Engineering (31736)

The recruitment team at Myticas Consulting is looking for an experienced Data Consultant who would be interested in a full-time contract opportunity offered on a hybrid basis within the Ottawa, ON region. Requirements: Strong Data Engineering and Data Science background – at the Architectural and Development (Python) level. Experience with SharePoint – Cloud and on Premises Experience working hand in hand with Business Intelligence reporting and finance resources (finance manager) and associated groups Experience with migrations (I.e. On prem Tableau to Cloud) Experience with tools and applications such-as but not limited to: Tableau; Power BI; SQL across the board along with experience working with various other databases SAP BI modules (I.e. SAP Business Objects) Sharepoint (On Prem and Cloud) Experience developing in Python, and running Python to extract data from various sources. Information Management Knowledge – Document management, records management, forms integration, document classification in compliance with best practices; Knowledge and experience with Llama model/framework to enhance data management. Will be contributing to the “As Is” and “to Be or future state” of the Data and associated architecture Has implemented new Info and data management solutions Assess and implement DB’s (databases) and associated procedures Big Data and Data Architecture (Data Lakes) – Includes ETL Development Experience with SharePoint – Cloud and OnPrem Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Office tools Knowledge of emerging solutions, applications and technologies, critical thinking, and communication skills; Excellent research skills and the ability to interpret analytical data to assess and improve information systems; Ability to organize complex technology solutions, that include specific technology deliverables, roadmaps, timelines, operational requirements, and budgets impacts; Strong knowledge of database structure systems and data management; High level of autonomy and thought leadership. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English. Certifications: Data Science and/or Data Management
