Babysitter wanted for childcare in Vancouver

We're a family of three - two parents and a 3.5-year-old toddler - with twins expected by the end of October. Our toddler has just started part-time preschool, attending half days throughout the week. This is his first experience being separated from us, and he's feeling anxious about both school and the upcoming arrival of his siblings. To help ease this transition, we're introducing a nanny to our household. Our plan is to start with a part-time schedule now, allowing our son to become comfortable with the nanny, and then switch to full-time care after November when the twins arrive. We maintain a clean and organized home, which will likely become more challenging but even more important with the expansion of our family.
