Job Title: Residential Estimator Location: North Toronto Our client specializes in transforming homes through high-quality restoration and renovation projects. As a Residential Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our client’s restoration and renovation projects by providing accurate cost estimates and ensuring project feasibility. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and project managers to deliver successful projects on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities: Conduct detailed site visits to assess project requirements. Prepare comprehensive cost estimates for residential restoration and renovation projects. Analyze project plans, specifications, and blueprints. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Source and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors. Monitor project costs and adjust estimates as necessary. Provide regular updates to project managers and clients. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Residential Estimator or similar role. Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and costs. Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. Proficiency in estimating software and tools. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
