PM Warehouse Supervisor

Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated PM Warehouse Supervisor to join our Mississauga team and support the Evening Operations. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess strong leadership skills to ensure the smooth running of operations during the evening shift. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing the evening operations, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and on time. Supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support as needed. Coordinate with other departments to optimize workflow and resolve any issues that may arise. Monitor daily processing volume and adjust staffing allocation accordingly. Coordinate with other warehouse locations and assist with tasks if needed. Demonstrate leadership qualities to effectively manage and resolve team challenges. Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster growth and development. Maintain open communication with team members and management to convey important information and address concerns. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures at all times. Uphold safety standards throughout the warehouse. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in a related field is a strong asset. 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment. Experience in cross-border documents is an asset. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Technical savvy, proficient in using various tools and platforms including inventory management software. Flexible schedule, with full availability to work evening shifts until close and weekends as needed.
