Regulatory Counsel

New Senior Regulatory Senior Counsel position with a well regarded trading client in London.

This is a unique opportunity where you will be reporting directly to the head of legal. This client has offices across the globe, has grown from strength to strength in the last 25 years and is looking to expand their London team!

Responsibilities:

• You can expect to draft and review contracts and policies
• Advise on regulatory frameworks, compliance and risk
• You will liaise with regulators and other legal professionals

your experience:

• You will be a senior Lawyer with 8-10PQE ideally
• You will be confident, have strong problem-solving skills and communicate with ease.
• Legal experience from a EU country would be an advantage
• A background in investment services, e-commerce, online marketing, regulatory, corporate and commercial contracts
• Understanding of regulations governing the fintech industry and basic tax laws
• Excellent spoken and written English
