Our client is a global leader in concessions, energy, and construction the company operates in over 120 countries worldwide, contributing to the company's workforce of approximately 280,000 employees
My client specializes in building and infrastructure projects, playing a crucial role in shaping the built environment. Their work encompasses a wide range of sectors, including:

* Building construction: Commercial, residential, and institutional buildings
* Infrastructure development: Roads, bridges, tunnels, and other civil engineering projects

The Role
They are looking for a Project Manager for a £24 million project in Dudley, West Midlands. The project consist of building a new transportation hub (bus depot, with tramlines and bicycle access, electric points for vehicles etc).
Pre-con work has just started, and the project will run for between 18 – 24 months.
The Benefits Package
Offering between £70,000 - £80,000 + full package.
This region turns over about £150m per annum meaning that there are plenty of career prospects and ongoing work thereafter.
Key Requirement
My client is looking for someone who has experience of managing a full project between £20 million and £30 million from start to finish
